Shipping! Good news and bad news

Greetings!

Sorry about this belated update! I was planning to do the update a week ago, but was just too busy getting the rewards out :P Anyway, here it is :)

Early Bird Rewards: 

The Good News: All of the Early Bird Rewards have been shipped out a week ago! Although there are still a couple of Early Bird Backers whom haven't completed their surveys, so please get them done as soon as you can!

The Bad News: none so far :)

Regular Rewards:

The Good News: The regular rewards (2nd) shipment arrived more than 2 weeks early than expected, hence shipping of regular rewards have already begun!

The Bad News: A significant portion of the Elven Chest with Chainmail and Growth designs were missing from the 2nd shipment. These missing chests have now been reshipped and are currently on its way to the UK.The estimated arrival date for these chests is around December 20th, which means some backers who have selected the designs Chainmail, Growth or both, will only receive their rewards after Christmas :( 

Early Bird Shipping now started!

Just a quick update to let all the early bird backers know that all the early bird rewards have their shipping commenced this weekend! It will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to have all the early bird rewards shipped out, and all early bird backers should receive their rewards by the mid of November at the latest :)

However, there are still a number of early bird backers who have yet to complete their survey or have problems with payment. It will be great if you could have everything sorted out in the next 7 days to ensure there will not be any delays in sending out your early bird rewards.

Backerkit Survey Lock Down Reminder (24 hours to go!)

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Just a quick reminder that the Backerkit surveys will be locked down in roughly 24 hours. So if anyone wants to make final changes to any Add-ons or change your shipping address, please make the changes as soon as you can. 

Once the surveys are locked down, you will not be able to make any further changes. To make any additional changes after the surveys are locked down, you will need to message me via Kickstarter and I can still make the changes for you manually on my side.

By the way, the early bird rewards are on track to go out in this month, there will be another update next week with some exact early bird reward ship out dates :)

Backerkit Survey Lock Down Date: October 9th 2017

Thank you all for promptly completing the Backerkit surveys! The survey lock down date will be Oct 9th, and any time between now and then, you will still be able to change any details in your survey, but once we hit Oct 9th, everything will be locked down and no further changes can be made. If for some reason that you'd like to make changes after Oct 9th, there's no need to panic, what you need to do is just send me a message via Kickstarter and I can do the change for you manually on my side.

For those who haven't yet completed your Backerkit surveys, it will be great if you could have them done before Oct 9th. However, if you do miss out the deadline, you will still be able to do the surveys, but it might result in delays in processing and sending out your reward.

And if you haven't received an email containing a link to your backer survey, please send me a message via Kickstarter and I'll have it sorted out for you ASAP :)
